On March 4, 2014, CitiCABLE debuted a new live program during the first-break of the City Council meeting. Now, each Tuesday night (excluding dark City Council Nights), a new NEWSBREAK LIVE will be shown at its scheduled 6:30 p.m. time slot with replays at 6:45 p.m.

For some customers, Time Warner Cable has switched to an all-digital cable system; they will continue this upgrade through November 18. Customers with set-top boxes, digital adapters or retail CableCARDs will not have service interrupted.  Anyone without these devices should contact Time Warner.  The most noticeable change will be the new channel lineup. The set-top box will now automatically select HD if it's the highest quality channel being delivered.  For more information go to Time Warner Cable.
