The City of Torrance has signed on as a "2013 Small Business Saturday Partner." This November 30, Torrance is proud to recognize the Saturday after Thanksgiving as a "buy local" support date. Endorsed by advocacy groups, as well as public and private organizations across the nation, as "Small Business Saturday," Mayor Frank Scotto encourages the community to support small businesses. In the spirit of offering ease to shopping the Hawthorne corridor this holiday season, Torrance Transit will again be offering the Torrance community its annual "Shoppers' Special Bus" service. Find Out More...

TICKETS AVAILABLE!

Torrance Residents can make reservations by phone (310) 618-2720 or in person at the Registration Office in the West Annex of City Hall 3031 Torrance Blvd, (two buildings east of the Library) The registration office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be closed on Thursday, November 28, Friday, November 29 and Friday, December 13.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Tickets: $20.00 a person
December 14, 2013, 9 a.m. - Noon

Enjoy a pancake breakfast and a visit with Santa at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, with entertainment featuring a puppet show by Jim Gamble Puppet Productions and music by DJ Ozzie.

WINTER CAMP

Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, and Friday, Jan. 3, 2014

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fees: $78 for residents and $88 for non-residents.

Camp t-shirts are $7 and must be worn on field trips.

Participants ages 6-11 can spend Winter Break at Greenwood Park participating in indoor crafts, outdoor games, and walking field trips.

TEEN CAMP

Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, and Friday, Jan.3, 2014

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fees: $84 for residents

Camp t-shirts are $7 and must be worn on field trips.

Think you are too cool for camp? Then check out Winter Teen Camp where you will enjoy indoor crafts, games, and walking field trips with other teens your age and walking field trips.

EXTENDED CARE: Is available for both Fun Camp and Teen Camp. Morning Care is 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Fees are $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents. After Care is 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fees are for $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents.
