HAPPY HALLOWEEN

SAFETY TIPS

happy-halloween2.jpg
The City of Torrance would like to remind everyone that Halloween is a time of enjoyment for people of all ages. Therefore, please drive safely, watch for pedestrians crossing streets, and be extra cautious of all costumes; some can be dark and really hard to see. Parents should accompany their children while Trick-or-Treating as pedestrian injuries are the most common injuries to children on Halloween. It is also beneficial to stay in groups, have a flashlight, or to wear bright or colorful clothing. This is an exciting time of year for all, so enjoy the pumpkin carvings, clever costumes, haunted houses, and the excitement the day has to offer. Have fun, be safe, and Happy Holiday!
