Winneconne Public Library

Greetings!

Get acquainted with events and services the Winneconne Public Library offers by reading the enclosed newsletter!

Grilling Buddies Mad Dog & Merrill will be our featured guests at the Summer Reading Kick-off, which will take place on Friday, May 30th, 3:30 pm, at the Lake Winneconne Barn/Shelter.

These grillologists will perform food/science demonstrations in honor of our Summer Reading Program theme of "Fizz! Boom! Bang!"

All are welcome to attend!  Food!  Program Information!  Fun Activities!

We'll be trying some new things this summer, in that registration will not be required for programs.  Programs will be more loosely structured, where kids may attend on a drop-in basis.  The Winneconne Public Library will also be sponsoring Tuesday night entertainment at the Water Front Park here in Winneconne, throughout the Summer Reading Program duration.

Club Winston is for children in First through Eighth Grade and members will sell lemonade and popcorn to earn money for the club.

Proceeds from the lemonade stand and popcorn sales will be divided up in a Spend~Save~Give format, so kids will learn how to manage their money and how to give back to their community.
