Fizz, Boom, Read! Science is the theme for the Wautoma Public Library's Summer Reading Program this year! So get your goggles ready and your lab coat pressed for a fun so extreme you won't even realize how much you are learning. Starting the week of June 2nd, children Pre-K to 12 years old are invited to sign up for a six-week incentive program. Children will be given a reading book bag with instructions on how to log their weekly goals of reading, writing, and creative activities. Each week the log can be turned in for small, but wonderful prizes. End date to turn in reading records is July 24th. Teens and adults can also join in the fun and set an example by reading and filling out a reader recommendation card, thus entering a weekly drawing for a prize bag of assorted goodness.
Here is a lineup of the awesome performers that are coming to the library thanks to donations by those shown here. Please support them by thanking them or clicking on the links to their websites. We could not have had a Summer Reading Program without their help.
