The library will be closed November 28 and 29, December 24 and 25, and will close at 5 p.m. on December 31.

Donate a book in someone's name. Staff members are available to suggest titles, and a bookplate will be placed in the book. Cost: approximately $20-30, depending on the title.
Give the gift of a lifetime membership in the Friends of the Ripon Public Library. Benefits include free entry to the book sale's "Early Bird Sale" and a twice-yearly newsletter. Cost: $50/individual, $100/family.
Purchase a Friends of the Library book bag. Cost: $8.
Select books from the book sale shelf. Cost: $1 per hardcover or trade paperback book, 50 cents per mass market paperback. The Friends will have a selection of titles available at Dickens of a Christmas at 204 Watson Street on Friday, December 6 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Attention all college-bound seniors and families! Are you hoping to receive financial aid to help pay for college next year? Attend the "From Good Grades to Skateboarding, There's a Scholarship for You" presentation held at the Ripon Public Library on Monday, December 9 at 6 p.m. in the Silver Creek Room.
An advisor from Great Lakes, a College Access Advising institution, will provide information on the types of college scholarships available.
