MP's Floriculture Team is Third Best in the Nation
| |
Last week, Bobby Jones, Elizabeth Smith, Emsley Smith, and Amber Pritchett competed in the National FFA Floriculture competition in Indianapolis. They placed third in the nation with Emsley placing 12th individually and winning a $400 scholarship. Amber placed 18th, Elizabeth placed 26th, and Bobby placed 99th. Third in the nation is the highest that the Mary Persons FFA chapter has ever placed.
Also, MP graduates Jessica White and Caroline Waldrep both received their American Degrees, which is the highest award you can receive in the FFA. Congratulations to our MP FFA!
