CONTINUING
Listening to the word of God through the practice of Lectio Divina is encouraged, particularly its movement into contemplative prayer, which a daily practice of Centering Prayer facilitates.
Theological Principle # 11
So that they may all be one; just as You, Father, are in me and I in you, may they also be one in us.
John 17: 21

Find God in the Present Moment
"During our private interview with the Divine Therapist, we are praying in secret. We settle into the present moment which is the only place God actually is. God is not in the past and not in the future. God is right now, totally present, totally available. Our best response is to be totally available to that presence. We surrender ourselves...recognizing in him the fullness of the Spirit and the manifestation of the Father's unconditional love."
Father Thomas Keating
The Better Part
"Indeed, God is ready to help you right now. Today is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2 NLT
