Fiscal Model for Early Childhood

Announcing the third webinar in the seminal joint KWIC/ECAC series this summer, you are invited to join the policy discussion: What is the necessary funding to increase Universal PreKindergarten (UPK) for all 4 year olds in New York State?; and What would be the community benefit if every infant born in 2016 received home visiting services?
