Beyond the Booth-- New Exhibitor Opportunity
Want to get in front of your customers at the RAA show?
Beyond the Booth Showcase offers RAA Convention exhibitors the opportunity to move your presence from the Exhibit Hall to the RAA Meeting Tracks and take part in our first ever Beyond the Booth showcase area in the Exhibit Hall.  Beyond the Booth Showcase is located in a special designated area in the Exhibit Hall.  Click here for more details!

Exhibitors: Expand your exposure at the RAA 39th Annual Convention by taking advantage of one of these Beyond the Booth opportunities.

LEVEL 1  Open to all Exhibitors
Introduce yourself/company to your selected track meeting at the beginning of the meeting.  There is no separate registration for this, but please arrive at least five minutes prior to start of session so you don't miss your opportunity!

LEVEL 2  Sponsor a track break  ($850)
*    Introduce selected Meeting Track panel
*    Display your product and/or literature at a table in the track meeting
*    Your logo will be displayed during the track meeting

LEVEL 3 Sponsor an entire meeting track ($3000) or higher
*    Introduce yourself/company to your selected track meeting
*    Present a 5-minute company overview
*    Display your product and/or literature at a table in the track meeting
*    Your logo will be displayed during the track meeting

General Session "Beyond the Booth" Showcase ($5000) limited availability
Take advantage of the RAA general session space for networking, product demos, or offering a special amenity to attendees.  One-hour blocks will be available for exhibitors to sponsor on Wednesday afternoon during the show.  We'll even promote your activity in our the RAA Schedule of Events!  Contact David Perez-Hernandez or Diana Lundie for more information!
