Employment Law Handbook

This handbook is a plain-English reference 300-page guide to every state and federal employment law that Indiana employers are responsible to comply with, and a source of legal advice on a variety of other employment-related topics. The guide was written by a team of attorneys from the law firm Faegre Baker Daniels.

New laws discussed in this 9th Edition are:
  • A discussion of the National Labor Relations Board's recent decision regarding "at-will" disclaimers in employee handbooks
  • A discussion of Indiana's recently enacted background check laws
  • Updated information about the legal requirements for defined benefit plans
  • An update on the status of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010
  • The U.S. Supreme Court's decision overturning parts of the Defense of Marriage Act
  • An up-to-date discussion about the state of the law on workplace harassment and bullying
Your cost for the the book is only $115.00, including shipping, or you can purchase the online ePub version for only $99.  Please contact us if you would like to receive one.  Call 574-267-6311, or email info@wkchamber.com.
