Fall is in the air..how will you stay fit and fueled?       

Hope you all had a fantastic week! I had a productive week but didn't fit in as much fitness as I would have liked. And my jawbone up bracelet is busted, so I have no idea how many steps I actually took! Still trying to fix it but bought a Fit Bit bracelet, so we'll see how that goes. (I like to track my steps..sue me!)
