Yes....you made this possible and your studio is now adding a second location to bring more yoga to San Jose.

It is with sincere gratitude, hopeful anticipation, and humble expectations that Anuja and Ron, and all the instructors and staff at Almaden Yoga announce our second studio location.

The location of the second studio is Almaden Plaza on the corner of Almaden Expressway and Blossom Hill Road (the Costco plaza).

This location was chosen in order to cater to all of you that find our current location too far from the freeway. No more excuses, no more fighting traffic from the freeway, no more traffic lights to wait at.

We plan to open in mid-April.

Yes, Yes.....a single membership at Almaden Yoga will now permit people to take classes at both locations. Classes between both studios will be staggered by 15 minutes so that if anyone is late at one location, they can drive up to the other.

To all our 95120 faithful, rest assured, your anchor studio will continue to grow too. We do plan to renovate it by the summer.

Given the second studio, we will be making some changes to the schedule at the current location. While the total number of classes offered by Almaden Yoga on a weekly basis between both locations will increase, the number of classes offered at the current studio will temporarily decrease to accommodate the new location.

The plan is to have a good balance of classes between both locations and then go back to adding classes based on what we learn over the first couple of months of operation.

This will be the time to test our "yoginess"...how calm can we stay while there is all this change around us - "Stillness in the mind while the world turns: by Bob Mackey. 

We will finalize and publish the new schedule over the next few weeks.

Once again, we cannot thank each of you enough for making this possible. YOU have made this happen. You've seen this baby grow since we started and we look forward to building on this relationship and growing with you towards bringing yoga to more and more people in San Jose.
