We can feel the weather change with some coughs and sneezes around. In all the change, Almaden Yoga keeps itself strong and steady for you to come and strengthen your mind and body.

As the holidays get closer, we bring some fun as well as one class change at the studio.

Starting November 1 - Sunday 11 AM Yoga Tone Cancelled

Kathleen has decided to move on and will not be able to teach Sunday morning classes any more. We will miss her!

Given that the holidays are approaching and many of you have travel plans, we have decided to cancel this class until the end of the year. We will revisit this class in January 2013.

Almaden Yoga organized the Vibhasana Yoga Festival to raise funds for Vibha (www.vibha.org) and Africa Yoga Project (www.africayogaproject)
 
A number of gifts were donated by stores, individuals and businesses towards the silent auction at the event. We have a few items left which have been displayed at the studio.  

  

Items include gift certificates from Shoe Candy, Nirvana Hair Salon, Los Gatos, discounts , paintings, and more.....
