21-Day or 30-Day Yoga Challenge
Nurture your body Relax your mind Awaken your soul
Take the plunge - either 21 classes in 21 days or 30 classes in 30 days
Starting January 22, 2012
It's a proven fact that it takes 21 consecutive days to either form a habit or break a habit. So, what is it that you want to change about yourself in 2012? Whether its going to bed on time, waking up 30 mins earlier, spending 10 more minutes with the kids daily, making sure you reach your meetings 5 minutes earlier than late, having one lesser cup of coffee daily.......whatever it is, here's your chance to make that desire a habit.
Sign up for the Almaden Yoga 21-Day or 30-Day Personal Revolution Challenge; and every day you do yoga for those 21 or 30 consecutive days, focus on that habit you want to create or break.
21 days later, feel the magic! A fabulous mind, a re-invigorated body and a new self with that new habit you created or without that habit you got rid off.
How do I go about it?
- Sign up for either challenge (21-Day or 30-Day) by adding your name to the white board on the wall.
- Inform the front desk to convert your membership to unlimited for the duration of the challenge (You can change it back to your normal membership after the challenge!)
- The front desk staff will mark off every class you take towards your personal challenge on the white board.
What are the rules?
- The 21-Day challenge requires that you complete 21 classes within 21 consecutive days.
- The 30-Day challenge requires that you complete 30 classes within 30 consecutive days.
- All classes in the schedule count towards the challenge (Yes - Yin, Meditation and also.... Prenatal!)
- You can take as many classes as you like on any given day to make up for any absence on any other day within the stipulated 21-day or 30-day period.
So now, take that marker and put your name on that white board!
