Take a look at all the happenings starting today:

1. Starting today, Monday, June 6th, the Monday 4 PM Hatha class now changes to a Flow class with Joan.

2. Starting Tuesday (June 7th) AcroYoga starts as a June special at 5:30 PM. It replaces the regular flow class for this month.

3. We are saluting the sun for our kids (Sunday June 12th 8:30 AM)- 108 Sun Salutations to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

p.s.: the Sunday June 12th 9 AM class will be replaced with this event. The 11 AM class will be as per schedule.

4. Laugh your way to health (June 25th and/or 26th from 2 to 4 PM) - Laughter yoga with Patrick Welage. Take this opportunity to experience the benefits of something as simple as laughter towards a better lifestyle.

Two opportunities available to fit your schedule.

5. Summer camps for kids. Let your kids enjoy some fun time with yoga, journaling, games and more conducted by our very own Sarah. We are putting a small group together where each child gets special attention.

AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form this practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. Our highest aim is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each other, and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true self can be realized, celebrated and shared for the benefit of all.

Robbin Llamas

Robbin Llamas in addition to being a wife and mother of two teenage girls, works for Jan Marini Skin Research in the order administration area of inside sales.

She loves anything creative or artistic when she has the time. She really loves skiing with her family and vacationing in Tahoe. Robbin is an avid reader of nearly anything and a big fan of Dean Koontz novels and old movies.

Her favorite yoga position is the deer pose. It helps her relax and find flexibility in her hip area which is great after sitting in a cubicle for 8 hours!

Her favorite restaurants are in San Francisco, especially Kuleto's in the Hotel Villa Florence lobby on Powell Street. It is beautiful, old and elegant and they have the best calamari in the world. Another is The Rotunda in Neiman Marcus on Union Square -unbelievable atmosphere, lobster bisque and popovers to die for.
