We're always talking to members about looking outside the window and reaching a new audience... so we took some of our own advice! An alert staffer saw a #nationalcoffeeday Twitter post from the Nashville Predators looking for local businesses that needed an afternoon pick-me-up and offered a song in exchange.
And here's how it all went down... with a little help from Dad Wagon quartet!

DON'T FORGET YOUR GLOWING BRACELET!
Sing with The Vocal Majority at NAfME's major annual conference
First, spend a few seminar sessions rehearsing under the direction of Dr. Jim Henry. Learn under direct instruction from this master, singing alongside your peers as part of the Male Directors Chorus. You'll learn, and you'll get to SING at a high level.
Then, Saturday night, the chorus takes the stage alongside the Vocal Majority Chorus, the fabled twelve-time champs, and the beloved quartet medalists Main Street. If ever you wanted to validate the place of barbershop in professional music circles, this is the place!

The Atlantic Harmony Brigade is an August weekend of wall-to-wall, chord cracking, barbershop quartet singing. 2017 Youth Chorus Festival participants announced
The Youth Chorus Festival has over a decade of rich history, has brought choruses together from all over the world, and has attracted guests and clinicians such as Godfather of A Cappella Deke Sharon (producer of the Pitch Perfect movies), American Choral Directors Association executive director Dr. Tim Sharp, and Choir of the World Champions Westminster Chorus.
Fresh faces, old friends, and new mixed groups join the lineup for the 2017 Youth Chorus Festival. Don't miss out on an incredible day of performances.
