Society mourns passing of Gene Cokeroft

The Barbershop Harmony Society celebrates the life and legacy of Gene Cokeroft, a genial giant of our musical art form and culture.

His towering achievements in any of a number of areas would qualify him as "unforgettable" - but to have mastered so much, and given so much to the development and growth of barbershop harmony, makes him a true legend.

Suntones 50th Anniversary: Danny Boy

For many Barbershoppers, this performance was a once-in-a-lifetime moment that most did not think they would ever get to experience. Watch the legendary Suntones perform Danny Boy and spend a few more moments with Gene Cokeroft. Moving and masterful.

SONG OF THE WEEK

Why not sing "All Of Me"?

Scott Kitzmiller's rendition of this jazz standard was arranged for the 2005 International Quartet Champion Realtime, who added it to their Four Brothers album. Filled with fun syncopations and a catchy lyric, this is sure to be the perfect swing song in any repertoire. Learning track by Tim Waurick.
