Ringmasters to Appear on

Applications Open for
Society Board Member Positions
Dear Fellow Barbershopper:
Candidates for Society Board Member (SBM) positions are asked to complete the application form found HERE. No attachments are necessary or expected; the application form should stand on its own merit. Please be brief, pithy, lucid and concise. All applications must be posted no later than April 30, 2013.

SCHOLARSHIPS!
NOW IS THE TIME to get your applications in for a Director's College Scholarship! if you have NEVER received a Harmony Foundation sponsored scholarship, or haven't received one since 2007, you are eligible! Applications are due by April 1. Click HERE for all the details you need. Please read and submit carefully! We have a limited number of scholarships this year, so HURRY!
CHORUSES: Save big! Bring TWELVE or more members from your chorus, and get a $560 per-attendee group rate on the most intense and effective barbershop education available anywhere on the planet! This curriculum caters to the needs of the chorus, with the option of receiving coaching all day or classes and coaching each day.
INDIVIDUALS: If you have attended Harmony University one or more the past five years, bring another member who has NOT attended in the past five years, and we'll knock $100 off your registration. Deadline to register for this special is June 30. (Note: the "brought" will identify the "bringer").

Celebrate the Society's 75th Anniversary by asking your mayor to proclaim Barbershop Harmony Week, April 7 - 13. We've received proclamations from just about every US governor and Canadian premier ... a proclamation from your local mayor would be great too! You can find the suggested text on the Society website HERE. (Scroll down through documents to Mayorial Proclamation, about mid-way).
Get some local news coverage - arrange to sing for your Mayor or City Council! Take your own photos and submit a news release...then send published coverage to us HERE.
