Happy Leap Day

Guess what we just realized Bobcats, Spring Break is right around the corner! In just a couple short weeks we'll all be taking a break from classes, but while we're here let's make the most of it. Relax with The Indian/South Asian Student Association at Yoga. On Tuesday you can learn some great stress busters with the Strategies for Coping with Stress workshop. Thursday you can enjoy some Barbecue at the BBQ Tour of America, learn some strategies for dealing with Test Taking Anxiety, and chill out at OnTheEdge with Well-Strung. Then on Saturday don't miss the UFC Title Fight.

Spend your extra 24 hours doing something awesome,

TestTest Taking Anxiety
Thursday, March 3 from 3 - 4 PM
Lane University Center 113
Free & Open to the Public

Worried about upcoming tests?  Replace those negative thoughts with positive ones! Test anxiety consists of a combination of negative thinking and physiological responses.  These two factors work together to create feelings of anxiety that interfere with one's ability to perform in the testing situation.  Join us to learn effective techniques to reduce test anxiety.

WellStrungCES
Well-Strung
Handsome. Talented. Classical. Modern.
Thursday, March 3 at 8:15 PM
Lane Center Manicur Assembly Hall

Well-Strung has been touted as "the hottest things with a bow since Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games," by NY Daily News. This hunky, all-male, singing string quartet has been featured on The Today Show, and Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

What is On the Edge? It's our new underground club series with the laid-back atmosphere of a back-alley room that's been converted to a club hangout. One will see cutting-edge performers stretching the boundaries of their art.

Lounge on a cushiony couch or in a comfy armchair as super cool artists do their super cool thing. Prefer to sit at a table? That's there, too. It's designed to be informal, relaxing and - most of all - lots of fun!
Don't leave once the show is over. Stick around when the venue becomes The After Room. Grab a cup of coffee. Get a bite to eat. Hang out with friends. And one never knows - maybe the artists will show up and hang out, too!

All events take place in Lane University Center's Manicur Assembly Hall with general admission seating, table snacks and a cash bar. Join us On the EDGE.
