MatheMagic!
Monday, April 15 4:30 PM
Lane University Center Manicur Assembly Hall

Hailed by educators and math specialists across the country, MatheMagic! features comedy, theatre and world-class magic. The exceptional magician and educator Bradley Fields uses magic and illusions to excite students about the history, the power and the beauty of the language of math! Amid the oohs, aahs and laughter, students practice math skills, explore ancient civilizations and meet the first magicians, whose secret was really math. By integrating math concepts with vocabulary, geography, history and everyday problem solving, students relate to math in new ways. They'll leave the theatre enthralled, with a renewed sense of wonder, and the enthusiasm to discover the magic of math!
