   Business Profile:  BrightStar Care
BrightStar logo The BrightStar office in Baraboo opened in September of 2009, serving Sauk and Columbia counties and surrounding areas.  We are independently owned and operated.  We have established BrightStar as a dependable and trustworthy source of private duty in-home care, childcare, healthcare staffing services, and private duty skilled nursing services.  Our homecare services are provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.'s), who are supervised by a Registered Nurse.  These services include companion care, home chore, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation, and hands on personal care to people of any age.  Our services are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.  In addition, BrightStar provides live answer to phone calls twenty-four hours per day seven days per week to provide clients, their families, and staff access to someone who knows their needs.

We have grown to employing over 80 full- and part-time C.N.A.'s.  We have four administrative staff, including a Branch Manager, and two Customer Care Managers, and a Registered Nurse.

I have always had a passion for helping others.  I find incredible reward in being invited into the lives of others during critical times and having the opportunity to offer enrichment.  It was through personal experience with loved ones, that I was drawn to the homecare business.  I've learned to fully understand how important it is for an individual to maintain their independence and to remain living in their own home.

There are so many rewards!  At BrightStar we have the opportunity every day to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients!  We are helping people remain living in their homes.  We are giving peace of mind to families.  It's such wonderful and gratifying work!  It's also rewarding to provide jobs in our community, that offer healthcare and other benefits and flexible schedules, during these difficult economic times.

We feel fortunate to be part of a community that offers many quality options.  BrightStar is available to provide care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  We offer 24/7 live answer.  We are also proud to offer to each client oversight of their care by a Registered Nurse.  We also guarantee compatibility - we will provide a team of caregivers who will best match the personality and needs of every client.  We are accredited by the Joint Commission.

   Ribbon Cuttings
mary kay rc
A ribbon cutting was held for Mary Kay Cosmetics Independent Consultant Debbie Holland at her new business. "The opening of the Pink Link Studio & Training Center has been a dream of mine since I began my business as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant on September 17th, 2005.  I have always wanted to be a teacher and with the studio I am able to train my team members and offer the opportunity for women to come and experience our fabulous products!  Mary Kay Ash always asked us to treat others as if they are wearing a sign around their neck that says "make me feel important."  No matter how busy you are, you must take time to make the other person feel important!

My husband Greg, children, parents, siblings, customers and Mary Kay friends are all a big part of the opening of the Pink Link Studio & Training Center!  My Senior National Sales Director Mary Diem was also an inspiration in the decorating of the studio!  I didn't do it for myself, I did it for others - so they can see, feel and experience that Mary Kay Ash continues to live on long after she is gone.  I feel that even though I never had the pleasure of meeting her or receive her direct training, she lives on with us here at the Studio!  She was a Great Woman!  I am honored to be a part of her company and to pass on her Legacy!"

--Debbie Holland, 608-697-5864     Pink Link Studio, 311 W. Wisconsin St.
