A BIG SHOUT OUT TO TREASURY WINE ESTATES
We're so grateful to these friendly, energetic, hardworking Treasury Wine Estates employees who spent several hours
working in our garden on May 18.
They weeded, fertilized, spread wood chips, mulched, and even painted a rusty table.
The CanDo CanGrow Food Bank garden has
never looked better.
THANK YOU!
What a crew!

UPDATE: CanDo's
2016 NAPA VALLEY GIVE!GUIDE
We have our work cut out for us!
Thanks so much to the 61 Napa County nonprofit organizations who have applied to participate in CanDo's 2016 edition of the Give!Guide. A third of those are NPOs who have never before appeared in theGuide.
This will be CanDo's fourth edition. To date, we have helped raise awareness for local nonprofits and funds to the tune of $580,000. That's because of the creative, collaborative work of the nonprofits and because of you, your friends and neighbors. It's all part of our vision to inspire an ever larger community of givers in this already generous valley.
Now comes the challenging task of reviewing applications and selecting about 40 participants for this year's
Guide. A committee of CanDo volunteers and community members will be working diligently over the next three weeks to make some tough choices. Applicants will be informed of their status on June 27.

The Choices We Make
Napa Valley CanDo seeks to inspire and facilitate action by alerting interested Valley residents about opportunities for service. If you participate as a volunteer in an activity that you learned about through Napa Valley CanDo, whether initiated by CanDo or another organization, please take personal responsibility for your involvement. Use common sense. Only you can determine whether an activity is a good fit, that is to say compatible with your interests and abilities.
