The Choices We Make
Napa Valley CanDo seeks to inspire and facilitate action by alerting interested Valley residents about opportunities for service. If you participate as a volunteer in an activity that you learned about through Napa Valley CanDo, whether initiated by CanDo or another organization, please take personal responsibility for your involvement. Use common sense. Only you can determine whether an activity is a good fit, that is to say compatible with your interests and abilities.

g CanDo's 2016 Napa Valley Give!Guide is looking for a few good...
SPONSORS
In 1967, Lennon and McCartney wrote "A Little Help from My Friends" (which you're now going to be humming for the rest of the day). When it comes to the Give!Guide, CanDo could use a little help from our friends: YOU.
You may be aware that in its three editions of the Give!Guide, CanDo has helped raised awareness and $580,000 for nonprofit organizations serving Napa County. We take no fee for this effort. Our dedicated volunteers are honored to do the work.
But it's hardly through our efforts alone. Nonprofits each pay a nominal participation fee ($300-500 depending on their budget) and develop and implement their own creative marketing strategies. Local business partners support their efforts.
Additional funding and support comes from our sponsors. We call them the Give!Guide Guardians.This is a select group of visionaries imbued with the CanDo spirit. From the very beginning, these sponsors recognized the potential of the Give!Guide to help nonprofits serving Napa County so that all of us may thrive.
Who are our Give!Guide Guardians offering financial support in 2016? Drum roll, please:
* Napa Valley Vintners
* Terra Firma Global Partners
* Leadership Napa Valley
* Mechanics Bank
This year, we're seeking at least two more inspired individuals, businesses, or service groups who understand what we're trying to build and want to help make it so. That's where you come in.
It's one very tangible way that you can make a difference, helping not one, but dozens of local nonprofits. Whether you work for, own, or know of a business, belong to a service club or faith-based group, or are an individual that might be ready to join the Give!Guide Guardians, kindly get in touch with us.
Sponsorships are tax-deductible and range from $1800-$5000 dollars. Each sponsor receives a full page of their own design in 50,000 Give!Guide catalogs, their logos and links on CanDo's and the Give!Guide's website, a strong social media shout out, and publicity whenever we eagerly share the Give!Guide story. We also encourage participating nonprofits to recognize these sponsors in each of their PR campaigns.
Hundreds of you read CanDo's weekly email blast.
Help us find the heroes among us ready to help the Give!Guide inspire a community of givers.
Call 707.252.7743 or email us.
