Like so many things, there is a tension that exists in Small Group Ministry between the light hearted jovial nature of community and the serious business of discipleship. Our human nature often moves us to a polarized viewpoint on this issue. We struggle with the either/or question, "Is my Small Group Ministry about fellowship or is it about discipleship?"
