ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENT |
Johnny Cervantes, Class 24
has taken the position of Police Chief in Casa Grande. There is a special celebration for him on April 11th at 2:00 p.m at SkySong in the Convergence Room (located on the eastern end of SkySong).
Eileen Rogers, Class 2
and Mark Eberle, Class 6 are being inducted into the Scottsdale Hall of Fame. Each year the Past Presidents' Council of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce honors four individuals and one non-profit organization at our annual Scottsdale's History Hall of Fame dinner. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 5:30-9:00 p.m. at the Chaparral Suites Resort & Conference Center.
Elizabeth Teitel, Class 24
received the Lifetime Award from the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation for her volunteer work at Hospice of the Valley.

Since the first Fiesta in 1973, millions have been raised to support teens and adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy and other disabilities. STARS is dedicated to changing lives through opportunity by helping people learn to live independently, find jobs in the community or become award winning artists.

Meet at: Fire Station #601, 2301 N. Miller Road
For Our City - Scottsdale joins non-profit organizations, faith-based communities, businesses and government to help our Scottsdale neighbors. The event starts at 7:45 a.m. with sign-in and a light breakfast. At 8:00 a.m. groups will disperse to work at various parks, the Paiute Center and several south Scottsdale neighborhoods. At 11:30 a.m. groups will return to the park/Fire Station for lunch and celebration.

PROJECT PAY IT FORWARD |
Six teams from Scottsdale Leadership's Class 27 have been hard at work on their Pay it Forward Projects, hands-on community service endeavors designed to leave a sustainable and impactful
footprint on the community.
Each team will showcase project results to the community with formal presentations on Friday, April 19 (specific times below) at Henkel Consumer Goods, Inc. located at 19001 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale. A panel of judges will evaluate the projects and the winning team will receive a $2,000 donation for their benefiting organization.
