We are immensely proud to announce that for the tenth year in a row, we won the Angie's List Super Service Award again for 2015. This is quite an accomplishment since only 5% of the door companies in the Phoenix area have performed consistently well enough to earn the esteem each year! Read more about the award here. We are also thrilled to announce that we were nominated for, and won, the 2016 Best of Houzz award. Again, this award is only given to approximately 3% of businesses, and we've been able to maintain a stellar rating on Houzz once again because of YOU!  If the First Impression Customer Service Department is a team of doctors, the Chief of Staff is clearly Natalie C. Natalie or "Nat" is the undisputed champion for our customers, while at the same time is our company's primary diplomat, negotiator, problem solver, and the ultimate friendly, knowledgeable, and professional voice to customers. Nat handles every single escalated case in the company. Imagine that... It's like a doctor handling every single patient that hasn't been cured by other great doctors! Natalie can be found here every day, nearly every evening, and most weekends, well beyond normal business hours, toiling away at her beloved craft. We are so proud of her amazing work ethic and her absolutely unconditional dedication to our company and to our customers.
