 Our New Designs Explained  Our customers come to us with a variety of requests. Some love the hand forged and three dimensional look of a traditional style iron product, while others prefer a more modern and contemporary design which is clean and without seams. All of our products at First Impression are custom designed and we are proud to be able to cater to any personal preference. Our new state of the art HD Plasma cutting machine enables us to provide an even larger selection of designs than ever before. We believe that if you can imagine it, we can make it, and this new machine helps us get there faster. Inspired by designs in our popular Iron Entry Doors line, our shiny new piece of machinery has allowed us to expand on our existing line of plasma cut Security Screen Doors by adding a new category that we have called our HD (High Definition) line. These HD designs allow us to provide an extremely high quality product without adding additional cost. We use solid 1/4" steel which holds up much better than the 1/8" steel that many of our competitors use, with a 5/8" thick frame all the way around. These doors give our customers the security, beauty and quality they have come to expect from First Impression doors.  Since we don't have to do any hand forging, these security screen doors are flat, smooth and come with a clean finish that traditional style doors do not offer.
