Once your product has been custom manufactured, you will receive a call from our Installation Department to schedule your installation. Our lead times vary depending on the season, but we always strive to meet (and usually exceed) any delivery needs you have. On the first day of your installation, the installers will start with any necessary masonry work, and will complete any welding, drilling and cutting on site to ensure a perfect fit. There may be some noise as we use powerful tools to accomplish the job, although we do as much of it as possible outside your home. Depending on your specific product, we will bring our own specialists to the job site to make sure the installation is done right the first time. Again, we do not use sub-contractors for any aspect of the sales, production, installation or service of your product. Every employee is accountable and well-trained in their specific role. If we are replacing a door, we will never leave your home exposed to the elements or possibility of crime and make sure to do the replacement in the same day to ensure the integrity of your home. Our entire Installation Team has been trained to maintain a very clean work environment, laying down drop cloths, tenting your opening and cleaning up their work space after the job is complete and at the end of each day if the installation is going to take more than one working day so you can rest easy knowing that we want your home to remain a sanctuary, even when work is going on. We are proud of our installation process and our customers come back again and again. More than 40% of our business is from word of mouth referrals and repeat customers.
