MULTI-FAITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING PRAYER BREAKFAST

The Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition will be hosting the Inaugural Multi-Faith Human Trafficking Prayer Breakfast on January 23, 2016 at the UAW Hall on Ashland Avenue from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. 

The Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition was formed in January 2009 to respond to human trafficking. It is comprised of health care, social service, law enforcement, government agencies, churches, citizens, and those that are or have been involved in the sex industry working together to develop appropriate prevention strategies and intervention responses to victims of trafficking. BRADEN UMC IS HIRING A MUSICAL DIRECTOR!

Braden United Methodist Church has a position open for a Director of Music.  The candidate must have a high school and some formal musical education and/or training.  Must be able to read music, have excellent keyboard skills namely piano, organ,  etc., have experience in directing a choir, and be able to work with the pastor, staff and ministries and church members to maintain a smooth flow of worship services and other activities.
