More than 5,000 dead, 11,000 injured, 1.5 million people in need of urgent help, millions of people affected. These grim numbers are the heartbreaking aftermath of last Saturday's earthquake in the Himalayan nation of Nepal, one of the world's poorest countries. At times like this we are privileged to be called upon by God for our generosity and even our sacrifice. I am grateful in advance for what I trust you will do to respond to this enormous devastation. All of our hearts go out to the people of Nepal and the region who have lost loved ones and are displaced. Thanks be to God for UMCOR and all of the partners that are providing relief from suffering. Read the Bishop's letter to West Ohio

Potato Drivers Needed (no CDL required)

The UMMen are in need of non CDL drivers to pick up potatoes [3700 pounds] in Wauseon on Monday mornings and deliver them to 8 or 9 agencies in the Toledo area. It would be a great help if the driver signed up his own helper and most agencies have people their own people to help.

Choir Music Seeking a Choir

I am Paul Lehman, Choir Director at Church of St. Andrew we are donating our excess SATB choir music that we have accumulated.

This is mostly vintage music and there would be 20 to 25 copies of each anthem and we would be glad to donate this music to anyone that could used it.
