PARKING LOT PICNIC & CLOTHING GIVE-AWAY

 

On September 6th
from noon to 2:00 p.m.
New Hope UMC, 2025 Airport Hwy. Toledo
,will have a Parking Lot Picnic for the community.  There will also be a clothing give-away. 

Join us for hot dogs, chips, ice cream floats, etc.  Fun, fellowship and games are also on the menu.

Church of St. Andrew

First: 

We will be performing at the Erie Street "Toledo Farmers Market" this coming Saturday from 9:30 AM to !2:30 PM. Come on out  buy some fresh produce and stop by and say "howdy".

Put on your cowboy boots and round up your little buckaroos for a stompin' good time at Toledo Country Live at Church of St. Andrew United Methodist. Alongside our famous live country music and relevant message on Saturday, September 6th at 6:30 p.m. we will kick off of our brand new children's program: 


 

Kid's Corral. Held the first Saturday of every month, Toledo Country Live is a free, monthly worship service for country music fans or those looking for a different kind of worship experience. Young Voices of Greater Toledo

An exciting opportunity for kids ages 8 - 8th grade is here!  Young Voices of Greater Toledo is accepting new singers for their third season!

DETAILS

Young Voices of Greater Toledo is metro-area community chorus for children and youth.  The group gives kids from all over the region the opportunity to come together and make music, meeting new friends and experiencing the joy of music!

Rehearsals are Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Monroe Street United Methodist Church with the first rehearsal of the new season on September 16.  Young Voices of Greater Toledo will focus on nurturing the young voice, using music and techniques especially for the young singer.  Goals will include healthy and independent singing, with a focus on developing part singing.  Music literacy will also be a focus.  

 Parent Information Meetings

Parents should plan to attend one of the meetings below with their child.   It will be an information session, a free professional evaluation of their child's voice, a chance to meet the staff, and an opportunity for each parent to ask questions.

Sat., Sept. 6, 10 a.m.

              OR

Tues. Sept. 9, 6 pm.

 

All meetings will be at Monroe Street United Methodist Church, 3613 Monroe Street. MAP  Secured parking is available behind the church.
