2014 Annual Fall Fundraiser - Featuring Shawn Harper

This year we will be hosting our annual Event on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Grace Community Church, 900 Smith Road, in Fremont. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. with appetizers being served at 6:30 p.m.  The program will will begin at 7 p.m. with a presentation by speaker Pro Football player, Shawn Harper.  Desserts will be served following the presentation.  

Please join us as we celebrate life, hope and healing.  Heartbeat/Hope Medical is so blessed by the outpouring we receive from all our supporters not just with dollars, but with encouragement, enthusiasm, love, joy and most importantly prayer.
