Dear Teachers,
Hello! I just celebrated my very first week as a member of the TpT team and I couldn’t be more thrilled. What a wonderful place.
The quality and creativity available to you from our Teacher-Authors is nothing short of incredible. And the community support in places like the Ask a Question area of every store, the TpT Facebook page, and the Seller’s Forum is truly inspiring.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Amy Borrell Berner. I live in New York with my husband and our six-year-old daughter (and our two kitties). I have a Master's Degree in Education from UMass Amherst. TpT founder Paul and I were in the same program! After grad school, I worked at LeapFrog in California and Scholastic in New York. Paul and I crossed paths again at Scholastic. Most recently, I was the Managing Editor at a consumer health Web site, but my first love has always been supporting education; students; and especially creative, hardworking, fabulous TEACHERS!
I hope to get to know many of you and my goal is to become a helpful resource and an advocate for this vibrant teacher community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. This is your place and I’m honored to have the opportunity to work with and for you.
Happy Teaching,
Amy Borrell Berner
