Ash Wednesday
ash-wednesday
February 10
7 am; 12 noon; 7 pm
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of our forty-day season of Lent.  A time of penitence, self-denial, prayer, and alms giving, Lent is a season where we take on and/or give up things in order to grow our faith and strengthen our relationship with God.
Ash Wednesday we will have three liturgies.  The 7am liturgy is imposition of ashes only.  12:00 noon is low Mass and imposition of ashes.  7:00 pm is our Solemn Choral Mass with the imposition of ashes.
Confessions will be heard on Shrove Tuesday from 12-1 pm, Wednesday following the 7 am liturgy and following the 12n liturgy, or by appointment (contact Father Tripp).

Bring In Your Palms from Last Year
Bring in your palms from last year by Shrove Tuesday.  We'll burn the palms on Shrove Tuesday to make ashes for our liturgies the next day.
