Vacation Bible School HUGE Success!
| The week of July 6-10 the church was transformed into a fantastic looking base camp for an expedition up Mount Everest. Each morning was filled with songs, games, prayers, and energy! More than 60 elementary school aged children climbed a mountain of faith as they discovered how God is present and helps them meet every challenge in life. The week would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of our many adult and teenage volunteers. The program was pulled together again this year by Christine Burrell. Please join in thanking Christine for another year of amazing vacation Bible school; she did a most remarkable job!

Food Pantry Outreach

3rd Sunday Ingathering
June collections totaled 283 pounds, which was delivered to The Place in Forsyth County. Thank you for continuing your efforts in this critical outreach area. Continued strong donations during the summer months are appreciated because children being out of school during this time and not receiving meals at school place a heavier burden on their families. July's donations will be delivered to Emmaus House, our mission in Atlanta. Biggest needs are for canned soups and vegetables, peanut butter, pasta, and spaghetti sauce. Donation bins are located by the welcome table. Thank you for helping those in need who live in our community!
