Remember Daylight Savings Time begins this weekend.  Set your clocks ahead one hour as you go to bed Saturday night. 

     First Communion Mass is this Sunday at 9:00 am.  We're looking forward to this blessed, joy-filled morning.  A special thanks to Kristen Weems for all her time, energy, and talent she has put into our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program, and especially for her leadership with our First Communion classes each year.

     Sunday evening will be our St. Paddy's Gala - a wonderful evening filled with music, fellowship, and enthusiasm as we come together for this annual tradition but also to raise support for our youth group's summer mission trip.  This year's trip will be the largest mission trip that has taken place from our Diocese ... nearly 80 teenagers will go on mission this June.  If you cannot attend Sunday's dinner, please consider making a donation to help support their work this summer.  A huge thank you to Todd Reid for his expertise in the kitchen again this year and to Easton Davis, our youth minister, for all he continues to do to build up our phenomenal youth ministry program at St. Columba's!
