The Knights of Columba are gathering on the 50 yard line of the St. Columba's parking lot to prepare Boston Smoked Pork Butts for Super Bowl 2015. They will smoke 8-10lb Boston Pork Butts that you can pick up for your Super Bowl party, or just for a delicious family dinner. They will be slow cooked and smoked to perfection under the watchful eye of our Knights of Columba expert pitmasters!
You can place your order online by clicking the "Place Your Order" link below, or just go to the parish website. You can also order them at church on Sundays (see the display in the narthex).
Don't wait any longer and place your order today. The last orders must be received by noon on Friday, January 30
(please note: orders placed after the 26th can be accepted only while supplies last).
Pick up is set for Sunday, February 1, between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
