16th Sunday after Pentecost
"For it is God who is at work in you'"
The authority of God doesn't come in the form of power or might.  Instead it comes in the form of love... a love that is poured out for others and gives life and hope.  "Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus."   (click here ...we use Track 2).

Backpacks of Love Program Resumes

Backpacks of Love is a ministry serving children and their families who are homeless or otherwise in severe need.  Suburban poverty is growing faster in metropolitan Atlanta than it is anywhere else in the country.  Backpacks of Love ministry is vital to helping children not go hungry during the weekend when there is no school meal service available to them.

Your help is needed now more than ever.  Volunteers can sign up to buy food once a month, twice a month, or as a fill-in substitute.

Sign up this Sunday at church or send an email to Kathleen and Ron Kraynick.
