THIS WEEKEND AT SAINT COLUMBA'S
Lenten Meditations by Your Fellow Parishioners
Journey Through Lent & Grow in Faith
We are so excited to be able to produce an online collection of meditations for Lent written by fellow parishioners.  Guided by Scripture, themes, lives of Saints & Apostles, hymnody, and prayer, this collection of meditations will inspire you in your journey toward the glory of Easter.  A special thanks to all those who have submitted meditations and to Linda Reid for guiding the process and publishing these online.  Click Here to download the Lenten Meditations.

Called Into Covenant
As the waters of the flood receded and the Ark was opened, God set the rainbow in the cloud and established a covenant with humanity.  Our relationship with God has forever since been shaped by covenant.  Our Eucharistic prayer reminds us, again and again God called us into covenant and through the prophets taught us to hope for salvation.  Simply put covenant is a statement of what it means to follow Christ, beginning with the waters of our baptism.  Over the next several weeks, we will explore the covenants of our faith and how they lead us into a relationship with God that gives us hope and grace.  Sunday mornings, 10:10-11:00 am through Palm Sunday (3/24)
