Greetings!
In the busy hustle and bustle of our lives it is sometimes difficult to find a minute to ourselves. We live in a fast paced world that wants us to be on the go all the time. If we aren't careful, we can get so caught up in work or our daily tasks that we forget to take time for what matters. We must remember to set aside time each day to be alone with our creator, and pray. For as C.S. Lewis said, ""Relying on God has to begin all over again every day as if nothing has yet been done."
I would like to draw your attention to our new UCE Prayer Warrior Program. Each week, Prayer Warriors pray for students who have committed themselves to Christ and to abstain until a faithful marriage, and for those who have not yet committed themselves to Christ. We pray for individual people, for schools, and for whole countries. We pray for an end to the HIV/AIDS pandemic, and that lives will be saved through the efforts of our UCE teams on the ground. Introducing UCE Prayer Warriors
"And I will do whatever you ask in my name,
so that the Father may be glorified in the Son." John 14:13
 The UCE Prayer Warriors pray for many different things. We pray for the UCE teams in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and the USA. We pray for the students who have committed themselves to Christ and to abstain until a faithful marriage, and for those who have not yet committed themselves to Christ. We pray for individual people, for schools, and for whole countries. We pray for an end to the HIV/AIDS pandemic, and that lives will be saved through the efforts of our UCE teams on the ground. UCE Prayer Warriors are people united across the globe in prayer for a common cause. Each week, the Prayer Warriors are given specific prayer requests via email. The UCE Prayer Warriors then storm the heavens with prayers of thanksgiving, praise, petition, and intercession. To join, you only need to call on the name of Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and be committed to pray during the week. UCE School shows pregnancy rate decline as UCE Sports Clubs launched
Pregnancies down from 25 in 2009 (before the school was reach by UCE) to 3 in 2012
Mr. Kisembo Doviko, the Headteacher of Mubuku Valley Secondary School, Kasese shared, "It was through Universal Chastity Education outreaches that our school reduced teenage pregnancies from 25 in 2009/2010 to 7 girls in 2011, then 3 in 2012. Our students have learned the dangers of sex before marriage and the importance of abstinence." The UCE Sports Clubs will build upon this great success by reinforcing the UCE message, and by giving young people a positive life-giving environment to spend their time in after school. Read More |

UCE Club takes to the radio
Students perform songs, poems, skits, and talk about abstaining
UCE Club Members from Kabizi Secondary School have been working hard to share the UCE message with other youth. The students, who have an array of wonderful talents, have been preparing poems, songs, and skits that talk about the importance of abstaining until a faithful marriage. This May, they were given a chance to showcase their talents for much of Burundi.
The students were given time to perform on Radio Star FM. The students read their poems, and performed their plays and songs in the small studio, they were so active that by the end of the recording session everyone was sweating thoroughly. The show was recorded successfully, and the students received wonderful feedback. One journalist recommended that UCE make the poems and songs available for sale, but we need help to do this! A light shines from Uganda, Africa, where there has been the most remarkable reduction in HIV/AIDS prevalence of anywhere in the world. The Ugandans have successfully promoted to their youth a lifestyle of respect for sexuality and saving sex only for a faithful marriage. This is a virtue called chastity. Universal Chastity Education, Inc. is dedicated to these principles and to helping Uganda be victorious against HIV/AIDS and save lives. UCE is also committed to helping other countries achieve the same success by applying the Uganda AB (Abstinence, Be faithful) model in youth education in a manner sensitive to their unique culture. Chastity is an inexpensive prevention for the worldwide HIV/AIDS/STD pandemic and it does not separate an individual from their faith, rather it empowers it within them. Faith inspires. Hope is born. Health follows.
