THIS SUNDAY
SCHOOL SUNDAY May 18, 2014
"Heroic Surrender"
with Rev. Ron Moor
When our soul calls us to our destiny, we begin to search. Ultimately, we are led to the certainty of the need to let go, to release, to surrender. On our School Sunday, in this month of celebrating Mother, we will explore the journey of the hero that lives in each of us into the divine mother matrix. Only then, in the womb of pure being, can we fully serve the ultimate mystery. Rev. Ron Moor. With luminous images, inspirational readings, and sacred chant.
"That is the hero's ultimate difficult task.
How render back into light-world language
the speech-defying pronouncements of the dark?"
~ Joseph Campbell

Year's Theme: Living My Story
Mantra: To know God, I must know myself;
To see God, I must see myself;
To love God, I must love myself.
~ Nahko Bear, Medicine for the People

May 25, 2014 10:30am-11:30am
"Let It Go"with Rev. Elizabeth St. Angelo
"Life is not what you see, but what you've projected.
It's not what you've felt, but what you've decided.
It's not what you've experienced, but how you've remembered it.
And, it's not where you've been, but where you're going."
~ A Note from the Universe

May 11, 2014
"Honoring The Mother: Celebrating Mother's Day"
with Rev. Ron Moor and musician James Schattauer
We looked to the greater mother that gives birth to all living things and invoked Her presence as we understood how each of us has a mother brain - from which we all can connect. We can become one with the mother as we flow on our paths within those moments that change us.

An amazing poem found by Shannon.
Surrender
by Ahmad Cox, Nov 2, 2012
We need to surrender
Surrender to life
Surrender to our
Circumstances
Surrender completely
Living in the moment
Surrender to the love
Surrender to joy
Find it in your soul
Surrender today
We all need to release
We need to let go
Surrender the pain
Surrender the doubts
Surrender those moments
That take you away from peace
Surrender to grace
Give in to the mercy
Surrender it all
At the end of the day
There is peace in your soul
Never let it go
