When we experience joy we can bring this quality into the wider field of human awareness. As an expression of a deeper reality, joy confers a special wisdom.

The sessions are a unique opportunity to journey with others who are reclaiming their hearts from shame to be filled with joy, gratitude and authenticity. Together we will explore Brown's discoveries to recognize shame, understand its affects in our lives and move into a healing place.
