In these urgent times of conflict throughout the world, religion contributes more than its share to the rising tension. Many people within the different religions are playing out a variation of school-yard taunting behavior. "My dad is stronger than your dad" is substituted with "My Lord is better or truer than your Lord." A deeper understanding of the Christ Mystery and the human ego would lead to greater peace and harmony. Come and explore the mystery and ego to be better conduits of peace and harmony.

In this talk, William Meader will examine the nature of The Call as it manifests within human consciousness. In addition, he will discuss how the personality (lower-self) tends to block the soul's intention, and what can be done to overcome this tendency. |

Rev. Ron linked astrological and spiritual history with materiality. And he brought us to today as we consciously awaken to what is happening now. From his brilliant questioning, he facilitated our awakening to better understanding matter, materiality and our relationship with it. We are composed of star dust coming from nothing into materiality. We can go deeply inward, then bring the inner into the outward world and then take the outward world inward once again. Gathering together places of soul. What would it be like to live with no things? Do things have soul? How does culture influence our perspective? What is your perspective as you live in our material world?

To be a healer, to be whole, we must first find our voice and be able to speak our truth compassionately. The 5th chakra, or throat center, opens us to the first "God Power" -- sound silence and logos. As we develop this center, we learn to work within the "Matrix" of the physical and etheric bodies. We will learn to bring forth from within and from beyond, powerful sounds of healing. We will work with sounds we create using instruments like drums, rattles and bells. Then, we will combine these healing sounds with the "Matrix" hands-on energy technique as we grow our ability to be of service.

Recently, popular books have eluded to Jesus working in partnership in his work bringing together the mystery of divine feminine and divine masculine. Rising up from more than 1700 years of suppression, the feminine trinity of the Three Marys is reappearing in this time of change and challenge. This knowledge or gnosis is desperately needed. In this course, we will walk a path of initiation through five stages of spiritual unfoldment to achieve a new level of balance between Word and Wisdom. It will be experiential and include handouts and spiritual exercises.

Biography: William Meader lives in Oregon and is a native of Minneapolis. For over 20 years, he has been a student and teacher of Esoteric Psychology. Such topics as the psychology of the soul, esoteric astrology/cosmology, and the creative magic of the soul are the cornerstones of his work. His passion is to teach people the deeper implications of modern spiritual development, and the means to express the soul more effectively in the outer world. Kathleen O'Donovan

Our Dear Kathleen was a treasure to behold. And we were graced by the pleasure of knowing her.
Kathleen lived an "uncommon life". She did not speak until she was three years of age. She felt a call to a cloistered monastic life, but her Irish Catholic mother intervened. She was Homecoming Queen at Alexander Ramsey High School. She was the first in her family to earn a Ph.D. She founded 3 successful business ventures and published 2 books. She celebrated her first Mother's Day as a widow. She was a founding member of a statewide organization for teachers of English as a Second Language (ESL). She received the American Cancer Society (MN Division) Leadership Award for the development of grief and loss curricula for children.
Kathleen integrated an eclectic mix of spiritual beliefs and practices into her life. As part of her spiritual practice, she tried to begin her days with dance. She loved it so. Most recently, she studied Universal Sufism. The philosophy and language spoke to her heart and blessed her in many ways. Other Mystical Traditions filled Kathleen's life as well. Celtic Spirituality, Judaism, Roman Catholic teachings (especially those of St. Theresa), and a devotion to the Divine Mother, Shekhinah, are note worthy.
Kathleen gave of herself freely. Fortunately for us, Kathleen became a member of Spirit United on April 1, 2012. Without hesitation, she gifted us with her talent. She was a greeter, was part of the spirit practices group, and lent a hand with events and activities as she was able. She illuminated incredible wisdom by how she lived her life.
Kathleen, with much grace and humility, never brought attention to herself. Even as illness set-in, she kept it close. She only brought to others her spiritual strength, hope-filled vision and gentle leadership. Thank you.
Kathleen, we love you and will miss seeing your eyes. Peace be to you now and forever more.

Kevin's Crusade
Kevin Pollari has been living with the diagnosis of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) for 38 months after being diagnosed with only 18-30 months to live. He currently has a lung capacity of 35% and lives with the slow progression of the disease. While he has slowed its progress, unfortunately, his positive attitude alone does not seem enough to conquer this whole body disease.
Kevin and his family and friends are working together to save Kevin's life and to make a difference in the lives of others who have ALS by helping Kevin to utilize a new stem cell and gene therapy to stop the progression of the ALS and increase his vit ality and quality of life.
