Last month, Parts I and II of this Series brought us new thought and discoveries about the nature of TIME and SPACE.  Friday we continue to explore:
 
QUANTUM LEAP:  Take a wild ride into the bizarre realm of quantum mechanics where it seems the impossible is possible.  Objects pop in and out of existence; things can, in a sense, be in two places at once; even teleportation is real.  On the scale of atoms and particles, the universe is nothing like it seems. (Part III - 1 Hour)
 
UNIVERSE OR MULTIVERSE?  Is our universe unique, or could it be just one of many in an endless "multiverse" where copies of you, me, and everyone else may exist?  This radical idea is getting some serious scientific attention and could revolutionize our pictrure of the cosmos - and our place within it.  (Part IV - 1 Hour)

Members' Corner
The "Holy Day Tree Labyrinth

The labyrinth is an ancient tool for spiritual transformation.  My "Holy-Day Tree Labyrinth" uses the symbol of the evergreen tree (representing rebirth) to assist us in opening our intuition to the light growing within us at this time of Expectancy.   This is a time of wonder, joy, and amazement as we participate in the birth of the God within.

 

As you walk it, imagine you are climbing a tall tree.  There are places to step off the path and reflect if you choose.  I incorporated the chakra system into the design, so enjoy your adventure of Self-discovery!

Spirit United Matters

    • School Sunday for the month of December will be on the 5th Sunday of the month (Dec.30th) and not the typical 4th Sunday.
    • Effective January 6th, we will be sounding the tone 5 minutes before the start of the service to call people into the sanctuary for seating during the prelude.
    • Beginning with the January School Sunday (Jan. 27th), there will be no verbal announcements from the floor during that, and all subsequent, School Sundays. Announcements for that day must be submitted to Joan by 9am on the Wednesday prior to the School Sunday.  A handout containing all announcements will be provided.
