25 Years

Celebrate The Alliance's 25th Anniversary - May 19

The Alliance will host its Annual Seminar on May 19, when we will celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

The Alliance was founded on March 22, 1990 with just seven member employers. Today, we have over 240 employer members representing more than 100,000 lives. We have a lot to celebrate and we hope you will join us.

In addition to our celebration we will also be awarding our first annual Health Transformation Awards. Later in the program Dr. Otis Webb Brawley, chief medical and scientific officer of the American Cancer Society, will present How We Do Harm: A Doctor Breaks Ranks About Being Sick in America.

This is a must-see event. Sign-up today as we expect to see a high-demand in registrations.

Request for Reinsurance Carriers' Information

Starting in late April, The Alliance will reach out to reinsurance carriers with a packet of information so they can evaluate our network based on 2014 claims data.

We would once again like your help in identifying carriers that you have worked with in the past as well as other carriers we should approach now. If you have a carrier or contact that you would like us to reach out to, please send their name and contact information to Andrea Shaw, ashaw@the-alliance.org.

Learn more about our stop-loss discounts here.

Membership in The Alliance provides employers with access to discounts on stop-loss rates. We are able to achieve this preferred pricing by leveraging the collective purchasing power of our more than 240 member companies.
