Topics will include forecasting, trend analysis to reveal changes from previous periods, and productivity tracking and projection of year-end profits. The tools reviewed will include monthly financial reports, charting tools, and exception analysis to identify problem areas."

Picture this - no late payers, no arrears, no bad debt.  It's possible ... if you have a credit card on file for each customer. 
  • You have pre-qualified them - you know they are able to pay you
  • You are out of the financing business
  • You don't have to wait for payment. Whether you get their payment before you deliver the service, upon delivery of the service, or you bill them monthly you don;t have to wait for payment.
And you can have most of your invoices paid by the 15th, at least those from your customers that are using automatic payments with a credit card.
