**Customization of the View

Allows each user to customize the views to their specific needs.

  • Show Column Chooser - add remove columns form display
    • Click to show
    • Click to hide
  • Sort column by clicking
  • Pick list on each column by selecting gray down arrow next to column name
  • Move column positions (left mouse hold down and move)
  • Group column -  Place column header in "Drag a column here to group that column
  • Change page size (right hand top of display)
  • Search
    • Filter individual column under column name
    • Funnel right to filter allows select filter method
      • begin
      • contains
      • doesn't contain

Email Service History Reports to Your Customers
Email a service history statement to your customers that details each service with date, time, route, route day, stop number  and lat/long of driver when service was completed, so your customers can click and see where the service vehicle was at time of service.

Google Mapping - Free All stations

All stations now have access to Free Google mapping:

  • Enhanced to map by address automatically if no lat/long present. Saves an extra click while Geo-coding

Email Management Utility
You can now bulk copy emails from any one of the four emails to any other of the four emails.  Used lowest site for a customer when copying emails form site to customer.

Bulk Pay with Credit Card 
Enhanced to include selection of invoices to be paid by terms and customer number.

Report/ Dispatch/Work Order report 40 

Report 40 Yard pick list comes in a new format option that grouped by yard, route and stop in addition to current current type of work order. Great for yard loading by vehicle

 

Reports/Dispatch/Production Tracking by work order

Now shows both invoiced and none invoiced work order i.e., work orders that have not been linked to an invoice. Great tool to make sure special events are billed

 

Printing Invoiced Filter by Total Due on Site

Support bulk printing of invoices for site with balance due.  IF site can cancelling credits, invoice printing will be suppressed. Simply set balance due to 1.00 to 999999.00

Open Position at the CIA
The CIA had an opening for an assassin.   

After all the background checks, interviews and testing were done, there were 3 finalists: two men and one woman.          

For the final test, the CIA agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun.
           
'We must know that you will follow your Instructions no matter what the circumstances.            
           
Inside the room you will find your wife sitting in a chair.... Kill her!!'            
         
The man said, 'You can't be serious. I could never shoot my wife.'            
           
The agent said, 'Then you're not the right man for this job. Take your wife and go home.'            
          
The second man was given the same instructions. He took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about 5 minutes.            
        
The man came out with tears in his eyes, 'I tried, but I can't kill my wife.' The agent said, 'You don't have what it takes. Take your wife and go home.'            
          
Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband.
 
She took the gun and went into the room.  Shots were heard, one after another.  They heard screaming, crashing, banging on the walls.
 
After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman, wiping the sweat from her brow.            

'This gun is loaded with blanks' she said. 'I had to kill him with the chair'
