Dashboard :

The Web Service Dashboard 1.0 supplies real time updates for the driver and back office.  Drivers can self-monitor and back office can get location and progress to deal with ongoing customer needs. This will be released 6/18/2014.

New features:

• Map displays each stop color coded 

• Green = completed
• Blue = in process
• Orange = Not done
• Stop Numbers on each stop
• Identifies new (0) stops 
• Makes it easy to see route progress  
• Count of stops and units
• Displayed for driver to monitor progress at the top of the Stops Display (stops and units)

• Route list so supervisor station can see status of all routes for a day

• Pull down to filter to see which days routes are visible, i.e., M, T,W, etc.

  These are added to existing features:

• Driver reporting 
• "Check" on the Stops Display indicating a stop is done with or with out a note
• "Red Square" Start, end times for each service and report quantities (units, waste, material usage)
• Create and email a note to the office for special issues i.e., blocked unit, graphite, over usage, etc
• "Set GPS" of the service location in case unit has been moved
• Supervisor station views all routes simultaneously

• Actual hours to complete service
• Cost and gross profit
