Work Steps in TAC

  1. Generate invoices

  2. Use Receivables/Post Receivables with Credit Card to pay account with CC on file

  3. Email invoices by using  Reports/Marketing/Sales to email two separate groups

    1. Paid invoices with a thank you message and directions to go to customer portal to print invoices or/and attach a pdf of invoice

    2. Open invoices with request for prompt payment and directions to go to customer portal to print invoices or/and attach a pdf of invoice

  4. Print invoices you have to mail by using Reports/Invoices,Statements/Invoice

    1. Print the few invoices you still have to mail.  

      1. Populate search with invoice date in upper and lower dates and select Invoice Handling Print

      2. Click Search

      3. On Invoice Number 11, right click and print

Web Service  - Map Entire Route
Web  Service - Map a Route

New command bar button "Map" has been added to the Service Stop List and the Work Order List.  Clicking the button displays the location of all stops on the entire route on a Google map.  The map supports both street and satellite view, zoom to center and site information bubble can be displayed by clicking a stop to display 

  • Stop Number
  • Site Name
  • Site Address
  • Site Number

Set GPS Updated- action by driver

When the driver sets the GPS location of the site, we now display the  word "DONE" under the "Set GPS" button, and within TAC Online, we show a "W" on the mapping page of the Site Master.

Go to our live support at http://www.clearcomputing.com/ and get your login and password. Then click on green button "My Account" to see your information.

It's All in Your Point of View
You've seen all the commercials.  But what really happens when you ask for help with an erection lasting more than 4 hours?

I walked into a drug store and asked to talk to a male pharmacist. The woman I was talking to said that she was the only pharmacist and that she and her sister owned the store, there were no male employees.

She then asked if she could help me.

I said that it was something that I would be much more comfortable discussing with a male pharmacist.

The lady pharmacist assured him that she was completely professional and whatever it was that I needed to discuss, I could be confident that she would treat me with the highest level of professionalism.

I reluctantly agreed and began by saying, "This is tough for me to discuss, but I get erections every day that last more than four hours. It causes me a lot of problems and severe embarrassment. So I was wondering what you could give me for it?"

The pharmacist said, "Just a minute, I'll go talk to my sister."

When she returned, she said, "We discussed it at length and the absolute best we can do is, 1/3 ownership in the store, a company car, and $3000 a month living expenses."
